Quest Sampling uses technology to improve the efficiency of data collection by adjusting the sampling plan during the data collection process. It involves selecting a sample of respondents for a survey or research study, and then adjusting the sample size and characteristics based on ongoing analysis of the data collected. The goal of dynamic sampling is to achieve a representative sample of the population being studied while minimizing the cost and time required to collect the data. This is accomplished by adjusting the sample size and composition based on the characteristics of the respondents who have already participated in the survey. Dynamic sampling can also be used to adjust the sampling plan based on responses to specific survey questions.
